What you’ll be doing
- Prepare daily work plans based on mining plans provided by the Engineering team.
- Organize and coordinate production operations, including managing heavy equipment (A2B & DT) and manpower requirements.
- Develop short-, medium-, and long-term plans while implementing mining safety (K3) standards and environmental management practices.
- Monitor production processes in real-time, promptly identify issues, and resolve field operational problems.
- Analyze material quality and quantity, including ore and waste monitoring.
- Perform tonnage and grade calculations and evaluate actual production results against planned targets.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mining production operations, preferably in foreman positions.
- Strong understanding of mining production processes, including excavation, hauling, grade control, and ore–waste management.
- Able to prepare and implement daily production plans based on mine engineering plans.
- Familiar with heavy equipment operations, especially excavators (A2B) and dump trucks (DT).
- Capable of monitoring production performance, tonnage calculations, and evaluating actual production versus plan.
- Good understanding of mining safety (K3) and environmental management practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Able to identify field problems and provide effective operational solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and production reporting.
- Possess POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification is preferred.
- Willing to work at mining site with roster system.
