Mining Production Supervisor at Sherman Mineral Indonesia

1. Responsible for the preparation and breakdown of production plans, and ensuring their implementation at specific production teams to guarantee timely completion of production tasks.
2. Organize and schedule production operations, rationally allocate production equipment and personnel, and optimize production processes.
3. Monitor the production process in real time, promptly identify and resolve problems that arise, and ensure the continuity and stability of production.
4. Manage production team leaders and mining contractors, assign work tasks, and guide and supervise their work.
5. Establish production-related SOPs, including quality control.
6. Strictly implement mine safety regulations and bear direct management responsibility for safety during the production process, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment.
7. Supervise product quality during the production process, ensuring that products meet quality standards and perform ore quality control.
8. Cooperate with the equipment department to perform daily maintenance and upkeep of production equipment to ensure its normal operation.
9. Responsible for the statistics, recording, and reporting of production data, and regularly report production status to the project manager or site manager.

Job Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in mining-related majors;
2. Have at least 5 years of work experience in a similar position in a nickel mining company;
3. Have professional qualification certificate in mining production or technology.
