- Lead and monitor the implementation of occupational health and safety programs in accordance with company policies, SMKP Minerba, and government regulations.
- Supervise safety performance across all mining operations and ensure compliance with safety procedures and critical controls.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, incident investigations, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage high-risk work activities through Permit to Work (PTW) systems, risk assessments, and safety patrols.
- Prepare safety reports, analyze safety performance, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related fields.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HSE within the coal mining industry, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Possess valid AK3 Umum and POP certifications; SMKP Auditor certification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of mining safety regulations, SMKP Minerba, risk management, and incident investigation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to be placed at a mining site on a roster basis.
