PT Cipta Krida Bahari, a leading logistics company in Indonesia, is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer to join our team in Morowali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with strict health, safety, and environmental standards across our projects. You will be part of a team committed to creating a safe and sustainable work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental programs across all project sites.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate health, safety, and environmental risks at every stage of the project.
- Develop and conduct HSE training and awareness programs for employees.
- Monitor and evaluate compliance with applicable HSE regulations and standards.
- Investigate incidents and workplace accidents, and take necessary corrective actions.
- Prepare periodic reports, analyses, and recommendations regarding HSE performance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure best HSE practices.
Requirements:
- Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Safety, or a related field.
- Hold certifications in Health, Safety, and Environment, such as a General HSE Specialist certification.
- At least 1 year of experience as an HSE Officer in a construction or logistics company.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and attention to detail.
- Willing to work at the project site in Morowali, Central Sulawesi.
